Did you know you can contact a midwife directly
You do not need to visit your GP surgery to access maternity care.
How do you refer yourself for maternity care:
- Complete the booking form, link below
- You will recieve an email to confirm your form has been safely recieved.
- Within 1-2 weeks, a community midwife will contact you to arrange your booking appointment.
