There is an updated practice in-house complaints procedure to deal with your concerns and the service that we provide this follows the standard NHS Complaints procedure ( Apr 2011). We aim to acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and to report back to you within 30 working days, although in some cases more time may be required.
