Patients Responsibilities

Please Read

• It is the patient's responsibility to keep their appointments and to inform the surgery if the appointment cannot be kept
• It is the patient's responsibility to take care of their medication.
• Please telephone at the appropriate times for repeat prescriptions and test results.

• 12.30pm to 3.30pm. - Test Results - 01656 754200
• Request home visits only when necessary (preferably before 11 am)
• Violent or abusive patients will not be tolerated and the Practice may well remove such patients from the List.
