You do not need to visit your GP surgery to access maternity care.

How do you refer yourself for maternity care:

1. Complete the booking form, link below
2. You will recieve an email to confirm your form has been safely recieved.
3. Within 1-2 weeks, a community midwife will contact you to arrange your booking appointment.

Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit

Are you experiencing any early pregnacy complications such as pain or bleeding?

Have you ever experienced any previous early pregnacy complications?

If so, did you know that you can self-refer to the CTM early pregancy unit and discuss your concerns with our gynaecology nurse specialists?

Any severe symptoms of pain or bleeding, we advise you to attend A&E at Princess of Wales Hospital
